We are a specialist in home care provider Adelaide NDIS participants can work with to obtain a range of supports, including capacity building and skills development.
For NDIS participants of all ages living in their own home or shared accommodation, we provide a range of in home care Adelaide services that help to develop capacity. This includes providing assistance for daily living activities, like shopping and preparing meals, gardening and cleaning, so that participants are better equipped to live independently as far as possible.

We also provide personalised community-based nursing care for participants with a range of medical conditions and needs, as well as rehabilitation services and support for patients recently released from hospital.
As a specialist in home care Adelaide service provider, we work with participants to enhance their capacity in a range of areas that support independent living, and which can be customised in line with Core Support and Capacity Building Support budgets.
Support can be provided in areas associated with daily living activities, like managing a budget, shopping, using transport and more. We also provide support for participants who are looking for employment, or planning to undertake education and training.
In addition, we provide NDIS support coordination services to assist applicants get approval for a plan, and then to locate and engage appropriate support providers once approval has been gained.
Our in home care Adelaide specialists work closely with NDIS participants to seek and gain employment in a range of enterprises, including Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) organisations. We help clients to build capacity and develop goals, and then complete the application process.
Once in work, we can then provide participants with any training or coaching needed, and help with job customisations and workplace communications as required. Memba Care can also provide short-term accommodation options for NDIS participants with STA funding.
Accommodation is provided in a group setting combined with high levels of personal care, and where privacy and autonomy are nevertheless respected at all times.
